It's cheating if it's unconstitutional, plain and simple. If blue states want mid-cycle redistricting, they need to change their state constitutions. You don't get to ignore the law just because you feel like it.
Texas started it? Why do Republicans (40% of the population) not have any districts in New England then? Everyone gerrymanders, the only difference is whether it's lawful or not.
