I met 3 Canadians in a WV hospital in 2011 when I got a hip replacement surgery. 2 of em cried when they found out I only had to wait a few weeks so my employer could get someone to fill in for me.
All 3 Canadians and 2 Brits waited 5 years to get joint replacement surgeries before giving up and traveling to WV to get it. Most borrowed money to pay for it.
