Somebody sent a bunch of mod requests but it wasn't me, these people haven't been online in years, and I and a couple other people are still at the bottom of the list so these have been here a while

This also taught me moderators can't see mod requests since these weren't visible before

then becomes inactive for another 2 weeks

I gained owner because the other ones are never online, not because they chose to let me have it. So I'm trying not to hand out mod to random people so if they come back they don't get pissed at me
