my take in this is while the nuns are entitled to religious freedom and opinion, the law is healthcare related, and if you were there to care you would care regardless,



it's like when I go volunteer for food banks if someone holds a different opinion I'm not suddenly going to deny them food

Before laws are passed anywhere they need to be vetted for Constitutional validity. Too many are passed into law to only be overturned due to violating our basic rights. Waste of time and harm to all of us just to push an anti American agenda. In Canada, it is now AGAINST the law to read out certain texts from scripture or apply morale teachings such as what the nuns are doing at the hospital in public settings. What the nuns are doing would be considered as hate speech in Canada. This new law is an upgrade on Canada's current anti-hate speech laws.
