Some of them come undercooked, some of them come slightly burnt, but I eventually get the hang of it and figure out how long to cook them for.

Pearl Milling Co is the best, but it will always be known as Aunt Jemima to my family. I still don’t understand why they rebranded.

It was because of the character of Aunt Jemima being a racist stereotype of slaves in the past. Uncle Ben was also rebranded because of this.
