Yeah one would have to be an idiot to fall for it. Kroger pulls this crap frequently as if we can't see through it. They think we don't notice them putting every flavor of a particular product in their brand on sale except the most popular flavor. They assume most will see the sale and assume it's all the flavors but then the tag isn't under the popular flavor. I asked an employee once when I saw that and they confirmed every other flavor was on sale. They figure people will get to checkout glad to find it on sale and not notice the cashier scan or will notice but by then decide to buy it anyway. Any that check receipt later are unlikely to take it back. Many stores do this but Kroger especially. Also watch out in bakery there. They'll put the 16 count cookies on the same table as the 12 count on sale and in little writing at bottom of sale sign it says only 12 count.
