2. The "antichrist" isn't something the LDS Church talks about. I've never heard of anyone talk about the "antichrist".

SO... I decided to do my own research.

I looked at everywhere in the Bible where the word "antichrist" is being used. The majority of times it is used it is in the context of a type of person. Mostly the Bible says an "antichrist" is a person who followed Jesus at one time but then did a 180° and turned against Him. The other type of person the Bible mentions is a person who doesn't have to have follower of Christ, they are just opposed to Christ and His teachings.

There was one reference where it said that the antichrist is Modda but it wasn't in the Bible. It was in the Book of AdamSmithsInvisibleHand 12:3-45 (KDJTV).

I have no idea where other Christians got the idea that the antichrist is a person and will show up in the last days. The Biblical definition means that antichrists have been around since when Jesus was alive on earth.

I am not a Biblical scholar but what I read was pretty straight forward. So I don't spend my time looking for the antichrist, I just spend my time not being an antichrist.
