I'll be honest rn Thomas Jefferson miku binder would NOT work if it was posted modern day; The reason why it's so infamous is because of how politically sensitive the internet was back when it was first posted and how people reacted to it. Now people are so weirdly open about this and not as sensitive. If it was posted today, a few people would chuckle, call it a parody of how autistic quirky twitter people headcanon fictional characters, maybe it would have 1 or 2 posts making fun of it, but other than that, it would not become as famous as it is now.
