Well sort of. People like to say Hitler was a fascist. He wasn't, he was a national socialist. Mussolini was the only fascist. He was somewhat nationalist in that he wanted everything for Italy. But he didn't care about tace or ethnicity, all he cared about was if you were born in Italy. Hitler only care about the "aryans" he was trying to create.
Hitler was a globalist and that is why he invaded Poland, Austria, France and any other country he could conquer. I'm not sure if Mussolini was interested in world conquest or not. But for whatever reason he joined with Hitler.
