Absolutely. Noem was a stellar Governor before she got the position in the Trump Administration. When I went to college we were taught how to learn, research, and grow. I've learned far more after college than I did in those 6 years. My grandfather was born in 1916 and completed only 3rd grade in a one room school house. He had more wisdom than most Phd. graduates today because he read every day. The Wright Brothers never graduated from High School, but you can learn from them by reading their letters to experts in physics, mathematics, meteorology and propellor design for ships . That's the difference education and indoctrination.
