In the absence of an 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 email account used to sign up, the only suggestion can think of is that they try to find a old device they used for Imgflip, might still be logged in on that device. Somewhere recent I saw an old user account saying they got back into their Imgflip account this way.

If that works, carefully change to a new email in imgflip.com/settings and reverify the new email.

Does he remember his old username and password? If that I think he could log in to his emails and then use that with “Forgot Password”.
Or does he have the password on his device? (Like Google Passwords)

If not, then I believe that in the game files it holds your password. If you can access the game files, then you can find it. IDK where it will be found, but I bet someone else knows.
