Several states correctional departments claim they can’t get the drugs needed for lethal injection. Can’t they just have them swallow, a fentanyl balloon? Then have somebody kneel on their neck?
If they purged all the jails and prisons on a regular basis, could we impact the state of the world population that's more likely than not be criminals? Or is that useless because it's not affecting the free to roam population on the outside?
