Not true. In Charleston WV in 2011 I got a hip replacement. There were 5 guys on my floor from Canada and England to get hip or knee replacements too. They waited 5 years under socialized medicine before giving up and coming here and BORROWING MONEY to pay up front for their surgeries. 3 of em were bankrupted by the end of the year.
You never hear about stuff like that on TV.
