I Really Like This Dog !

How can you like a dog like that? How? All the kids that got pushed into the river would hate that dog.

I like to think of the back story:
I suspect one day he was by the river and he saw a child in distress in the water.
Without hesitation, he jumped in and pulled them to safety.
The parents were overcome with joy at the actions of the dog and gave him a treat.

In the following days, he patrolled the riverbank looking for a child to rescue but
there were none. He must have thought about this and eventually came up with a plan.

It's a bit like the firefighters who set fire to a building, so they can rescue the people inside
and become a hero !

That is why I like this dog !

But that dog doesn't look French. He looks British. I think I'm going to call him Geoffrey Wingsington.
