Waiting times in hospitals aren't as long in more properly developed countries like Switzerland. Switzerland actually has a lot more private heathcare providers and insurers than Britain and Canada and not monopolized by the government. Also it's hypocritical of you to not trust government with healthcare but blindly trust a Trump run government when it mongers needless war.
