That's the form of government they chose....we are a Republic.

Germany is a Republic but a different type than our American model.

North Korea (DPRK) is also a Republic. I would not want to live there.

The one thing the demonrats never understand is culture plays a massive role in government. Just because someone else's system works for them doesn't mean it will be accepted here. Watch Virginia, the anti-gun governor is a great example of what I am talking about. The public is in her face and letting her know anti-gun laws will not be tolerated. She has failed before she even got started.
