EXPEL SENATOR JOHN THUNE FOR NOT CARRYING OUT THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution allows the Senate to expel a member with the concurrence of two-thirds of its members. This is the constitutional mechanism for removing a sitting senator.
