Besides being a basic math fail, yes, the store can't charge you more than the listed price.

You don't round DOWN at 6 or 7 smh or round UP for 3 or 4 smh

Yes you do. If you round to the nearest nickel, then if you have a transaction of $12.34, then you would round up to $12.35 because you round to the nearest nickel.
$12.36 or $12.37: round down to $12.35
$12.33 or $12.34: round up to $12.35

So, I would have to pay MORE at 12.33 and 12.34 huh, yeah, that's still a rip off derp....you should still round down and not make me pay extra!

They should just change their prices to all 5s and not have to do this crap! they still had one job!
