The United States launched a number of strikes against the Islamic State in northwestern Nigeria, President Trump announced on Thursday, the latest American military campaign against a nonstate adversary — in this case, Islamic jihadis who the president asserts have been slaughtering Christians.

Mr. Trump said in a post on Truth Social that “the United States launched a powerful and deadly strike against ISIS Terrorist Scum in Northwest Nigeria, who have been targeting and viciously killing, primarily, innocent Christians at levels not seen for many years, and even Centuries!”

Did we topple the government that allowed it.. did we make sure that every single leader and terrorist cell was dead and eliminated.. because as far as the reports are relaying, this is still going on today.. like right now.. as we speak Christians are getting slaughtered- im just saying.. we left a Piece of shit in charge.. and Christians are being slaughtered.. why is that okay?

The government is cooperating with the US forces against these Islamists. Can you fathom the concept that Iran has been funding the Islamic jihadis?

Do you think bombing a country is going to stop its religious fanaticism or make is so ingrained it'll never stop? This entire thing.. all this.. not the last 47 years, but the last 87 year- has been a nightmare from American and British involvement, we raped that country for decades - Since the pro-American Shah Sold out the people - all those years ago. If the Shah and America wasn't raping the land, the ayatollah would have never gotten into power in the first place.

You don’t get it. Islam, especially the Shia variety, is incompatible with western values and freedoms. Always has been, always will be.

So, if we are incompatible we force ourselves into the region? You had the shah selling out the Persian people, then you got the ayatollah , who is just as bad as the shah, funding terrorist. If America, Britain and the shah didn't f**k the people in the first place way back in 1947, NONE of this would have ever happened. So I heard all the platitudes, pro war and anti war.. but the fact remains, the middle east is a mine field - it is a breeding ground for the industrial war machine to always be fed.. and it breaks my heart that we are doing this all over again.. I still remember the lies of the WMDs.. same shit different generation..

Perhaps a solution is to cut every tie the US and the West have with every Muslim country and kick every Muslim out of the USA and Western countries.

I am better with doing this then going to war on behalf of Israel every time we turn around.
