When I was in Boy Scouts, one of my leaders was... I don't remember if he was conventional infantry or special forces, but when he was in the military, he had to hide from an enemy, and ended up with spiders going into either his mouth or nose, and he couldn't make a sound because he'd get caught. Granted, he told me this story like 15 years ago, so the details are a little fuzzy to me.
