The parents should have a higher standard, but too many don't.

This generation is cooked. Youth people are like zombies who need phones instead of brains and the parents seem to be pretty ok about that

Parents allow their kids to use iPads. Their kids choose to use iPads. They might use them because their parents did not give them anything more interesting to do.

Why should parents have to plan out interesting things for kids to do? That's exactly why kids have curiosity and imaginations of their own.

Before iPads, we had this magical, almost alien technology that kept kids entertained even in an empty room. You're going to be mind-blown by this, it was called "imagination".
