It is completely legal

Since many of my Democrat colleagues don’t seem to understand the War Powers Act, it’s very simple:

The President must notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying troops or commencing an attack.

As simple as that, you just cut off the head and the body falls.

That's the same thing we said about the three previous Iranian regimes. And each time we got rid of one - with our very own hand selected replacement, no less - it got worse. Three. Three.

We never learn.
