I’d prefer to get an exterminator for infestations than have centipedes eating them. A roach infestation is too big for centipedes to completely eliminate so extremination is best. Spiders, termites, bedbugs etc exterminator. I wouldn’t live with bugs that can spread disease or venomous spiders but I’d exterminte because I’d prefer about anything infesting my house than centipedes.
