*Being a former teenage orphan myself, I immediately decide to adopt her, despite not even knowing her or having come in with the intent to adopt a child. I go up to the reception desk and ask for an adoption interview with her*

Lulu:*watches from a bench surrounded by a few younger kids*

*Once I finish getting that adoption interview scheduled, I start doing what I had actually come here to do: entertaining the younger kids so that the older kids can get a break from the antics*

Lulu:*stares and holds her plush shark closer*

*A few hours later, I leave. And after a few days, I come back for that adoption interview*

Lulu:*stares from her room*

*I smile and wave as I check in for the interview*

Lulu:*hugs plushie shark*

*Soon enough, the orphanage head asks for her and leads her over to the adoption interview room, where I sit with a soft, gentle smile*

Lulu:okay then Jasmine

"You must be Lulu. I'm Jasmine, and I'm here to adopt you." *I say, introducing myself with a smile* "I understand what it's like to be a teenage orphan. Almost no one wants to adopt teenagers. I know from experience; I was a teenage orphan too. I never got adopted. And I don't want you to suffer that same fate, which is why I'm doing this in the first place. I have a bedroom ready at home for you to move into once everything's official, if this works out. It's just a bed, a desk, and plenty of open space for you to use as you please. I was originally using it as the guest bedroom, but since those have fallen out of fashion lately, I've decided to give it to you if this works out. A blank slate for you to make into your perfect living space."

Lulu:*stare*

"Hi." *I say, trying not to frighten her since she seems shy*

*Some time later, the adoption goes through. I've signed the papers and made the payment. I look at Lulu*

"Go get your stuff packed up. Let the orphanage head know when you've got everything you want. I'll come back when you're ready to move into my house."

*With that, I leave, ready to help Lulu move into my house*

*Once you've gotten everything you want together, I get a message from the orphanage head and stop by*

Orphan herself, parents killed when she was 8 so she has been on her own for a long time. She can speak to animals. *She looks around at all the children before finally walking over to where the teenager is. she pauses in front of her then says quietly* ....And who might you be?

Lulu:I'm lulu Matsui...I'm 17

*She looks Lulu over for a moment before responding* ...Lulu. The name suits you. I'm Galene White.

*She looks Lulu over for moment before waving at one of the orphanage attendant to come over*

[let out a throaty chuckle as he walks down the street then heads out of town to a cabin, a pretty big one]

big for me... I made it [I open the tall door] I got a master bedroom for you, we can paint it later [I head down the hall and open a door to a spacious room and I set up the bed with clean sheets then I head to the basement and I lift up a dresser and I bring it into the room]

[I walk out the room looking for something productive]

Lulu:*starts to unpack*

imma make a sandwich... [I make a turkey sandwich made with perfection]

Lulu:*finishes unpacking*

[I eat the sandwich and I lean against the door frame] done packing kiddo?

how bout we go for some bow hunting? I can show you the ropes, it'll be fun

follow me [I walk to the basement and I grab my 70 pound bow and I give her a 20 pound bow] this bow should be easy to use [I open the head back upstairs and I lead her to the backyard where the forest is and I stay close to her and we walk for a good 15 minutes] alright here should be good [makes I small camouflage got with a log, sticks and leaves] alright here's that basic, you have a 20 pound bow, should be easy when you put the arrow on make sure it is straight then when use your pointer and middle finger to pull the string under the arrow and pull it back to your jaw then... [I aim at a deer and I fire the bow striking the deer] release, should be easy... now you try [I drag the deer and I set up a small fire]

Lulu:*stares silently*

only teenager? how old? [kneels down, but still towering]

Lulu*I nods* 17...I age out next year

as an early birthday gift, imma adopt you

Lulu:really?

[nods] yes, where's the paper?

Lulu:*points to the front desk worker*

[approaches desk worker, the worker is terrified of my features and tosses me the clipboard and I catch it and I sign it]

[I walk back to lulu] alright, lets pack your things

Lilu:Oh...o-okay *puts an arrow in the bow and pulls it back*

wait... [I shift stance slightly and I make sure she draws the arrow to her jaw] alright...perfect... [I lower my voice] there's a buck 10 yards, when ever you're ready

Lulu:*pulls it back and let's go*

[the arrow embeds itself on the deers side and it falls] nice! [I drag the deer back]

Lulu:*nods*

how bout you stay where I can see you and you can hunt while I start a fire

Lulu:okay

[I start making the fire and I rip off the deer leg while I watch her]
