Yes but when those blood-soaked dictators are expecting assistance from other countries, and withhold things like energy from it's neighbors. Then does that say they are helping themselves or taking advantage of others?
People seem to forget that Zelinsky(sp?) is as much of a self-serving dictator as Putin, and doesn't give a tinker's damn about anyone but himself. There's barely any difference between them.
