RFKjr did coke back when he used to be a Democrat darling. No longer does coke, and coincidentally is also no longer in favor with Democrats.

Hunter still does coke, and is still a Democrat darling.

Anybody who promotes drinking raw milk and takes their family swimming in raw sewage water is not going to be in favor with most sane people.

Also Hunter was never put in charge of any government agencies, let alone the Department of Health and Human Services, so I don't know what point you're trying to make here.

Go compare their daily schedules. Trump does more in a day then Biden did in a week.

But it is good to see at least one of you admit Biden wasn't really at the helm, and various other people in the administration were abusing the situation.
