I’ve heard people say that the big bang didn’t happen and say “the big bang didn’t create the universe, god did” But doesn’t a beginning imply a creator?

A creator also implies something had to create the creator

No it doesn't. In your very limited understanding of God, you assume that everything including God must have been created. God had no creator. He is timeless and formless. He is eternal, with no beginning and no end. I get it that none of us are capable completely of understanding an infinite, all powerful, all knowing being, but you don't seem to be trying even in a limited way. You are intelligent enough to seek Him. Your choice to not seek Him limits you.

There needs to be an uncaused first causer. Because if there was not, nothing would exist.

Absolute truth. A pity too many fight against admitting it.

Or as a Christian argument it could just be.

Yet but where did God come from?

God IS the uncaused first causer.
0 ups, 1d,

Again how do we know?

Where did God come from?

What if the universe existing is the first unused first causer? It could work

But to imply God is timeless is implying there was never a point with no god but then if God can create everything since he’s powerful who had the power to create him

He is uncaused not created. Asking who created god is like asking how blue smells. Its irrelevant.
0 ups, 1d,

Irrelevant but has an answer and will always have an answer just you aren’t able to ask the question and find the answer

He is outside of time and above the universe so he came from nowhere because if he came from somewhere or something then that implied that something caused him and he is the uncaused causer.

Something can’t come from nothing and nothing can’t come from something

So who or what created god
1 up, 21h
Nothing, YOU DON’T GET IT.
0 ups, 23h,

You’ve never met god so how would you know he’s been eternal
1 up, 23h
Please stop.
0 ups, 24h,
1 reply
Just becuase he’s outside our understanding of time doesn’t mean hes from nowhere and has no creator infact it implies he does
2 ups, 23h
It doesn’t. There has to be an uncaused causer which means uncreated and that’s god. I feel like you keep asking things that I already answered. ENOUGH WITH THIS ARGUMENT.

Just watch Redeemed Zoomer’s “ALL atheist arguments answered in 10 minutes” video. He answers all the arguments that I keep answering OVER and OVER again.

Please read creation.com or answersingenesis.org.
It is explained at https://creation.com/en/articles/who-created-god why God does not require a cause.

Its so stupid to see the website denying history and science… likes sad like really really sad to see

Like Dino’s didn’t exist 65 million years ago cause the earth didn’t apparently

The earth formed 4.6 billion years ago.

Our star is a 3rd generation star

Evolution is real

Like my dude do you even have a job what’s your education level ?

Yeah, but this still does answer your argument.

There was no stuff around before the universe was created.

That the universe is less than ten thousand years old was proven by adding up the times mentioned in the Bible between creation and the death of Christ and then adding that sum to the amount of time since Christ died. Adding a gap between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2 would violate the Hebrew grammar. At the end of each day of creation, Genesis 1 says that the nth day had evening and morning, which implies that the days were literal days. The cosmic microwave background is red-shifted black body radiation from the waters above mentioned in Genesis 1:7. The big bang story contradicts the order of events in Genesis 1.

The sun never appeared until day four, so the days can’t be literal twenty four hour earth days. I don’t think God’s time is equivalent to our time.
0 ups, 3d
The days passed before day four because the earth had a light source other than the sun. Revelation 21:23 in the King James Bible says “And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” The earth might have been illuminated the same way as the city mentioned in Revelation 21:23 will be.

Because the Bible is infallible, if it implies that only approximately four thousand years passed between the beginning of creation and the death of Christ, then that settles it.

That genetics is in-line with the Biblical timeline is shown at answersingenesis.org/genetics/genetics-supports-young-earth.

God is not limited by the speed of light.
God brought light from distant stars to the earth via supernatural means.

There was no matter prior to the universe's existence. Before space existed, where would you put matter? Before time existed, when would you put it?
0 ups, 4d,

There was no energy before the universe was created. Space has been infinite ever since it was created. There was never a time before time began.

It spins the brain. I've always wanted to know what exactly it is the universe is inside of but I'm not ever sure that is a valid question to ask considering the vastness of the universe itself.

If you want to spin your head look up "Hubble ultra deep field" and look at the images they produced from 11 days of exposure into space. Try to count all of the galaxies and imagine them surrounding us on our little blue dot and tell me that doesn't make you feel little smaller lol.

It’s a great question but terribly hard to answer at this point it seems the universe exists inside the universe

We are unimaginably small my friend. There are billion of galaxies and Quadrillions and Spetillions of Stars with Sextillion amounts of plants around them. Earth could be wiped out tomorrow and no one would ever know nor find out
2 ups, 2d,

Did you see that in 2016 Hubble announced that the observable universe contains 10 times more galaxies than they previously thought? That's insane. And each of those galaxies surely contains billions of stars of their own.
The university of Hawaii estimates that there are as many stars in the universe as there are grains of sand on the earth X's 100,00!
1 up, 2d,

If you took every grain of sand in the world and had it represent a star and multiply that number 42,000 times you get your number of stars

And you know what the Bible says about the stars? "[The LORD] determines the number of the stars, He gives to all of them their names." Psalm 147:4

If you could teleport anywhere and survive in space, then no matter where you go, you would be able to stick your hand out and find more space. Space therefore has no boundary. Because space has no boundary and no wrap around, it follows that space is infinite. There were no quantum fluctuations before the universe was created.
1 up, 2d
Dude you're making my brain hurt! I can't comprehend an infinite space without boundary.

Dark matter most likely does not exist. The evidence used to support the idea that dark matter exists has alternative explanations.

Matter requires space to occupy.

There were no things on the super super super small level before the universe was created.
