Did you intentionally bring the chicken to the nether? Because if this happened completely unintentionally this is ridiculously rare. I’ve played Minecraft for around 14 years (on and off) and I’ve never seen this

That’s awesome, the only thing I’ve even heard of that MIGHT be rare than this is a baby zombie villager chicken jockey, which can then be cured and turned into a villager, which can then fully grow up and become much bigger than the chicken yet still riding it. And then it could become even more rare if struck by lightning (witch jockey)

I've had animals enter my nether portals in my flat world but I haven't seen a zombified piglin chicken jockey before, it's safe to say that you found a decently rare thing
