Wrongly accused should get restitution. And lots of it.

Yes I agree, but we live in America. A place where wrongly accused get put in prison or sent away, on the criminal aspect side, but on the business side of law, we have companies getting away with harmful products in the healthcare industry that revolves around prescriptions and medical devices, and doctors, but yet when it comes to the evidence, the companies end up pretty shielded by the law. You are more likely to get restitution for being deported wrongly, then you would from a pharmicutical companies who medication made you blind.

Respecting people's right to trial is "wasting time"?

I guess the figure of speech. Is it a waste of time? That needs data to back it up because I guess the consensus is that the individuals being deported have been court ordered deported. HS is soposidily only targeting these cases. Meanwhile the detainees are in detention awaiting trial to confirm their status of legal entrance to stay in the US. Meanwhile you have cases rotting in the court for 6- 10 years before they get dismissed or resolved.
