They were hoping that he would be enough to set off the race-wars that very clearly Barack Obama and the leftists worshiping him wanted. When that failed to kick it off they kicked the memory of Trayvon under Barack's famous bus and then HOWLED after the next event that might have possibly been enough to do the trick.

It didn't work because racism is no longer a thing. Only the left even pretends it is. You can laterally go anywhere in any city and see mixed races interacting peacefully.
