Just because someone has a gun, doesn’t mean he‘ll use it. So either ban guns for everyone, or for no one.

Maybe banning retards is what needs to be done because retards don’t understand the fine details nor do they have the capacity to understand what a person with a dangerous job of removing people from countries they don’t belong in are experiencing when some idiot who has a gun with him is going to do because they don’t read minds. Retards can only feel empathy for other retards without thinking about the rest of the story because retards are guided by emotions. Retards don’t think logically so let’s ban them. Anyone concealed carry KNOWS not to provoke or fight Law Enforcement or Federal Agents going about their lawful activities except -- apparently -- radical leftist agitators who have watched too many television action shows. If you physically fight LEOs or Federal Agents while armed you ARE -- by definition -- presenting a very real threat to them.

That’s right, however:
1. The guy had a permit to use the gun
2. The guy didn’t have any intention to use the gun
3. The guy was a nurse, and had no criminal record whatsoever
4. The video shows that the guy was taken away from him before he got shot. 10 times.

Not even silly television series have Agents halt in the middle of a physical scuffle to check and see if the perp has got proper paperwork. Also proper paper work IS NOT a license to fight federal agents

Nobody -- not even leftists -- have got active telepathy to KNOW whether or not an armed and resisting arrest leftist is or is not intending to kill agents with his weapon during a scuffle. So the agents practice 'survival first' rather than coddling already demonstrated violent activists in the midst of a scuffle. Nobody during a scuffle runs a check -- after magically intuiting that the fellow might have a professions -- and then yells, "Back off and let this armed radical and violent perp walk since he's a nurse!"

The video does not show whether or not he had managed to get his hand on one of the Agent's weapons during that event.

But cheer up . . . all of the required ICE Agent body cams have been confiscated by the DOJ and are undergoing frame by frame review; and so maybe the leftist version of events will pan out -- doubtful as that may be. I mean statistically they have to be at least halfway correct about one of these incidents that their violent and laws breaking radicals deliberately provoke . . . eventually.

A couple of things I heard about this case. The guy had a couple of extra clips of ammo. That seems odd to me that someone who is legally carrying a gun would have all that ammo while walking about. He apparently didn't have his personal ID which is required when out in public with a gun in Minnesota.

Now that was early reporting and it could have been wrong, but if it wasn't wrong, then the concerns still remain.

I agree. But when all is said and done it's all a matter of inevitable consequences for fighting against LEOs or Federal Agents during an arrest . . . when you are armed.
