Look how big that mosquito is. It reminds me of this "The Far Side" comic. It takes place on a person's skin. There are two mosquitoes. The mosquito on the left is just standing on the skin. The mosquito on the right has its tip embedded into the skin and is blowing up like a balloon. The mosquito on the left is saying "Pull out, Betty, pull out! You've hit an artery!"
