If we owned or just came to a agreement with Greenland, it would go a very long way to preventing China and Russia from attacking us.

Let me word this in terms that Democrats will understand. Xi Zinping and Vladimir Putin hate LGBT+, African-Americans and people who illegally immigrated to America. There is a very strong possibility that they might use their white and white-adjacent privilege to launch nukes to target LGBT+, African-Americans and Illegal Immigrants. If we could own or, at least, have an agreement with Greenland we could put an end to racism.

If we were able to directly deal with Greenland then things would be a lot easier.

Here's the rub about this. These countries that are bitching today about Trump and Greenland are the same countries that did worse when steamrolling places like any African countries like the Congo. They are also doing the same crap to the Inuits that the US government is still doing to Indian tribes - saying they 'own the land' while keeping them trapped there under the guise of 'protection' or 'preservation of culture'.

It's just a way to keep Tribes and Inuit down without having to do the nastiness of a trail of tears.

I think the left thinks Trump wants to take it by force. But the reality is that Trump is trying to negotiate a deal to either purchase Greenland or an arraignment where our military can use Greenland to block any potential threats from Russia or China.

Do you know why Trump is using tariffs? It is all about diplomacy in this case. But overall it's because the rest of the world has been abusing us in the marketplace. A a result we've almost lost our manufacturing base.

I know this is a difficult concept to grasp but Trump is trying to bring the United States back up to the major exporter that we used to be so that there are more Americans with jobs. The more products made in America the more jobs for Americans.

Right now American manufacturing just cannot complete with Chinese slave labor. So Trump issued tariffs on Chinese imports so that American manufacturing can complete. China has responder by lowering the price of their exports even further but that is not sustainable and China's economy will collapse if they keep that up.

China, basically speaking, hates us. They, just like the left, wants to see us collapse.

Trump wants to restore the US back to want we used to be, economically speaking. That is why liberals are being told that Trump is trying to destroy America. It's not America he is destroying, it's the left's goal of self-destruction, that he is destroying.

The counter-tariffs are going to kill exports from the US. The entire world can go on just fine without the US, and if we can go on just fine without the world, then it would be amazing. But isolating ourselves and pissing off pretty much every single other country in the world while doing so does not sound like a good idea for the future.

Do you know what happens to countries that impose unreasonable counter-tariffs? We just increase our tariffs. In fact that is exactly what Trump said he would do and those nations backed down.

Do you actually think the world would be better off without us? Think about that for a minute. Let that sink in. What happens to you without the United States? What happens to freedom without the United States? Do you think your life will be better or worse without the United States? If better then why are you still living here? Move. Go find that utopia you think is out there.

Why the United States? Because of freedom. The left has killed a lot of freedoms over the years and has put a severe stranglehold on innovation these days, but we are still the freest country in the world. Before Steve Jobs died, he referred to when he started Apple compared to all of the regulations that the government imposed on business towards the end of his life. He said if he had to build Apple before he died, he couldn't do it. There's just too much red tape in the way now.

Regardless we still have some freedom comes innovation, more than any other nation. The free market rewards innovation. Socialism punishes innovation.

Now all of that innovation is being sent, mostly, to China to be built because Chinese slave labor is less expensive than paying Americans to build it. We still innovate but because it is impossible to turn that innovation into an affordable product, we send it to China do be made. Because of that we have made China technologically our equals at the expense of the United States. Had we not done that China would still be 100 years or more behind us.

We haven't shut off any foreign travel. We're not doing anything to isolate ourselves. So why does the left scream isolationist. Trump actually means it when he says let's Make America Great Again. Just like when Reagan said, lets Make America Great. What is wrong with putting people to work? What is wrong with getting raises? What is wrong with making the economy sound? What is wrong with helping ourselves for a change?

That's always the goal of any business is to make products that are in demand. If there is no demand than it doesn't get made.

That's how businesses have always worked outside of socialism, communism, nazism and fascism. Under those regimes government decides what gets made, even if there is no demand for it.
