That's not slander. But it's very telling you're more upset about hurting someone's feelings than somebody being gunned down by government officials after being told to leave and doing what she was told to do.
Considering she deliberately clipped the federal agent with her car, Mamdani is definitely facing a slander suit . . . but then again so are many leftist politicians jumping on this bandwagon when there is a video showing her hitting the agent. Watch from the 2 minute mark: Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPmnj6OP1YY
Nope, the agent jumped in front of the car after it was already moving and fired. DHS rules prohibit firing at a moving vehicle. He'll be prosecuted for murder. The agent committed murder. Sue me!
She blocked the street illegally. Refused a lawful order. She drove directly at a Federal agent. She turned only after seeing the gun pointed at her. Self defense will be the determined. No need to sue. You are already serving a life sentence of willful ignorance. The path you see, is the road you take.
Still missing the point, “allegedly”. You may be right about being tried like Chauvin. A Minnesota kangaroo court. FYI, autopsy report shows Chauvin wasn’t responsible for the death of a Democrat “hero”.
