Please get your facts straight. We arrested Maduro, he has been given due process every step of the way since his arrest. Maduro will have his day in court, and though he has fleeced Venezuela for over $700 million we will probably provide his legal team. Venezuela swore in their current vice president to replace Maduro, that means no regime change. The plan is to let the Venezuelan people elect their new government in new, free and fair elections. There are NO US TROOPS in Venezuela. Biden had a $25 million bounty on Maduro they never pursued. Maduro violated the law every opportunity he had, and to repeat, he stole from the people of Venezuela, lost two elections which he refused to abide by and killed people who tried to oppose him. You support that?

No-- YOU support it. T-Rump refused to enable Maria Machado, the WINNER of the election, to take power. What did he say about her? "Oh, she has NO CONFIDENCE from the people of Venezuela." 100%, absolute, undiluted bovine scatolgy, and it's contemptible. They love her! What was her real crime? Oh, she DIDN't turn down the Nobel Peace Prize. THAT'S why he didn't tap her to commandeer the people, as they VOTED her in to do.

So, who did they appoint--- the same old regime! Maduro's loyalist VP! Yes, no regime change-- meaning nothing will change there! The same people in charge, the same corruption. THe U.S. is not running anything, and there is NO PLAN in place to bring improvements-- just to loot the oil, as Felon 47 admitted he wants to do. Get YOUR facts straight. You say "The plan is to..." No, there is NO plan; You're just speaking aspirationally. T- Rump has no goals, no plan, no interest in doing anything other than grabbing the oil, maybe the gold, and changing the narrative so we'll stop talking about the economy and his complicity in the Epstein network. But he is going to find out how difficult and how costly extracting oil from outdated equipment is going to be. Machado won the opposition party primary anyway, and was banned by Maduro (surprise!) from running for election. González Urrutia won the actual election... neither one was asked by the American Imperialists to assume control of the new government. It's in the same hands as it was.

Earth to Non earth to Non- Move along with the progression of events. Machado is going to run again, Maduro's thugs are still in place in the government, right now they would dust her. Guido is talking about running. There are a number of other free Venezuelans who are moving to legally become the government. This is all to promote an orderly transfer of power, not nation building which has a disastrous history. The existing succession of Maduro's government has a choice to comply with international law, which Maduro did not. If they do that, fine. If they defy international law there are consequences. It isn't the place of the US to impose new leadership, so guess what, Trump isn't installing a new government, that's why American Imperialists aren't acting imperialist.. It's left up to the Venezuelan people to reshape their government. Looks like you don't support that.
