They're not here to change minds, they're here to shut any opposition down.
A couple of years ago, in one week on two different memes where climate change was being discussed, they downvoted comments of mine into lowrated even though my comments were in agreement with them. Yes, in agreement.
And I was posting scientific facts, it's not like maybe I was saying something and they took it as sarcasm, they simply downvoted it all. One of them kept trying to argue against me even as I kept telling him that we were actually in agreement.
