Yes. Although that is extremely rare. Also Elon specifically has gotten billions of dollars in subsidies from the US which asylum seekers don't, and he has committed plenty of other more heinous crimes, so he deserves much more punishment than this theoretical illegal asylum seeker.

Yeah he has all that because American taxpayers gave him the money to own it lol. You paid taxes to make an illegal immigrant the richest man in human history, while half your country faces food insecurity, and low healthcare kills as many Americans in one week, as the entire 9/11 attack.

And yet hundreds of thousands of people risk their lives leaving their home country, crossing through other countries, to enter the US for our food insecurity and low healthcare. 🙄
