The entire point of the book was to warn against the dangers of communism, and I don't think Seth Rogan pig in a Tesla is going to teach kids anything

the factor to appeal to children only adds to the censorship to the real narrative, by "adapting" it to a movie, instead of reading the book people will think that the movie is an accurate representation of animal farm which is actually harrowing

honestly. Animal Farm is NOT a kid's story, and censoring it to this extent completely ruins the point. Also, what's with the high-tech old lady teaming up with Napoleon??? Like what the f**k is their goal here??

I think it could play a larger role in demeaning Orwell's work, I remember when my mom was reading 1984 she had said it was scary how she could see some of those thing occuring, therefore executing the objective in those novels

I wouldn't be shocked if they end this movie with them getting rid of the weird lady and Napoleon being really sorry, and they reinstate Animal Farm with their weird pig OC as the leader, completely ruining the point and presenting communism as a good thing under the right leadership. But I mean hopefully they aren't stooping that low.
