Not really. Well okay all leftist sound exactly alike but to be fair to them their collective always get all their political talking points from leftist media outlets that essentially work for the DNC. But conservatives always think for themselves and routinely part from doctrine to put their own spin on things.

All “brands” of politics get their talking points from hacks.
I studied politics in my first year of my first (undergraduate) Uni course.
For a healthy democracy, society needs a strong government with ideas, and a strong opposition to stop the government getting too arrogant about their own future.
I live in Australia. We currently have an opposition that got trounced so badly at the last election they’re not even in a position to challenge for government at the next election. So the government takes their power for granted.
Nothing makes a politician work harder for the people they represent than the thought they can easily be voted out. Here there are party hacks with safe “seats” that have been held by their party for decades.
I’ve lived in marginal, “bellweather” electorates. At a Federal level, there are about 5-10 “bellweather” electorates. These are the seats that are almost always won by the party that wins the election and forms government. My electorate now has been won by the same party for about 4 elections. The elected representative doesn’t work hard enough for the people who vote for her. But in the “bellweather” seats the candidates knock,on doors, attend community events and know they have to work to get or keep their jobs. Strangely enough, those seats always seem to get better services from the government, like sporting club rooms and health services.

Your nation's left control the media outlets -- just like in the United States until very recently -- and the party that permanently controls the media controls the majority of voters; even if it's only by a slender but consistent margin.

Rupert Murdoch is left wing now? I grew up in the town where NewsCorp published its first newspaper. He was influential and very capitalism-oriented then, just as he is now. He grew his father’s media empire exponentially, in terms of reach and political influence.
He controls the mainstream media here as well as in the USA, and gets to pick the next government most times. He does sometimes pick a Labor government, eg Tony Blair in the UK.
He even had Sky News added to regional and rural free to air tv about a decade ago.
He is a true King maker. But his governments don’t last if they start to cost him money.

Rupert Murdoch long ago lost control of Fox News to his leftist children and one conservative son with the board being stacked with RINOs -- Republicans in name only -- whom hate Trump. Fox News is one U.S. media outlet versus all the others being leftwing and loyal to the Dem Party no matter what.

His kids are not leftists. They’ve been set up to be rivals for money and power. The old divide and conquer strategy of Uncle Rupert as the old guard.
I don’t think any of his kids are ruthless enough to keep the family empire together. It’ll probably be split up and the lawyers will make out like bandits with all the court cases over control of property.
Rupert has never stayed loyal to any political movement, but he is definitely on the side of big business conservatism. He got Blair elected because Blair could help him and promised to do so.
The phone hacking scandal didn’t cause his empire to fall, did it? Rupert is interested in power and money, not in any political ideology. His natural interests are pro business and pro media, but he judges his own best interests as each decision arises.
Blindly following any political belief system is potentially very dangerous to your own interests. There are currently US veterans who are finding out that health cuts result in them not being able to get treatments for cancer, terminal heart failure and a range of mental health issues arising from their active service. It’s natural to not want to pay for other people to stay alive, but cuts close to home when you can no longer get your own life saving medicines and treatments. Ex service personnel have always largely favoured conservative politicians in all countries. So having a “conservative” politician endure protests by ex-service personnel is quite novel. I have friends in the military here. They hate the current government. But neither the current ruling party nor the opposition here has ever threatened military and ex-service personnel’s benefits and health. I had ex WWII and Vietnam “veterans” in my family. They had excellent access to health services. After WWII there were “repatriation hospitals” set up. The military post WWII was too small to justify separate hospitals, but they’re looked after in regular hospitals now. Their prescriptions and treatments are free or very cheap. As they should be. I know US “veterans” who now have to find ways to pay thousands for their medicines.
