Yes, the Barbary Coast wars were fought over 200 years before one dollar went to Israel. Ottoman Muslims declared war on the US for refusing to pay tribute to Allah to end US merchant ships from being raided and sailors put in slavery.

Honey those wars were over 200 years ago and it was piracy, not a declared war.
Anyways a very sad excuse for us to be dumping billions of dollars every year with nothing in exchange.
