Trump's been criticized for later start times -- not meeting with anyone before 11am. Lots of unstructured "executive time" for often focused on Tweeting and watching television. Not sure where 18 hours comes from -- the NY Post had an article that said 12, and there's a lot of question of how he spends even that time.
