Pretty simple, they harassed a user AGAIN which is against the Terms of Use, also broke the Stream Rules AGAIN which I warned Toady not to a few days ago. Toady deleted their harassment image, but I saved a copy in case the Globals ask me.

I explained all this to Toady on her image in the fun stream, which she promptly deleted. Have a nice day!
