Socialism believes in a state communist ideologue does not. I am not either of these two but I just like facts

They're both statist regimes. Socialism is the gateway drug to communism. When socialism begins to fall apart the government then applies more force on the people and eventually it just becomes communism.

That's not what communism is

It is exactly what communism is. I know Marx called his system "communism" but what he described is only how communism starts. In application it is just socialism with force. Both Vladimir Lenin and Josef Stalin called themselves socialists but the United Soviet Socialists of Russia has always been called a communist regime. China, since Mao has been a communist regime.

Please do not take this as an argument or anything negative but I always thought that "libertarian leftist" was a contradiction in terms. Just like "anarcho-communist". How can you be a leftist and support the free market? How can you support both small limited government and large controlling government?

I support a more worker controlled government.

I would much rather have the government that our founding fathers left for us. It played an extremely minimal role in our lives. The state government had more presence in the lives of the people than the federal but even the states presence should be minimal. All government that affects the lives of the individual should be local. City or county governments. And even those governments should be held at a distance from the people.

This is how freedom works. The government just stays out of our lives completely.

Including private businesses. When government props up businesses as "to big to fail" then we have a serious problem. Businesses must be allowed to fail. If a business is ripping off it's customers and employees then it must never be propped up by the government.

If a business treats their employees as garbage then they should collapse. The same with how they treat their customers.

Bad businesses should be punished and good businesses should be rewarded by the consumers and/or the employees.

We haven't had a free market since the early days. Anarchists say that a free market cannot exist with a government, and while that is true, a freer market is better than a controlled market, which is what we currently have.

I am not a libertarian. I almost joined the party but there are 2 things that really bug me about the Libertarian party. 1. Legalization of all narcotics and prostitution and 2. The way they disparage conservatives. Some how they missed the memo that conservatives, not Republicans, have much more in common with them than Libertarians think.

I joined the Constitution Party because of those 2 things.
