Ritter is wrong about the "intelligence" being collected - if those boats did even have drugs in them (and we'll never know, since they blew up the evidence) - then it's because the CIA had their Cartel friends put them in those boats. But the first boat they hit had a bunch of extra people in it, something you wouldn't do on a real drug run, because you would need the weight and space for more drugs. If anything, those boats were going to the US allied Island Nations, right next to Venezuela, to the North. Perhaps they were smuggling refugees from our unlawful sanctions... Oh well, I guess our humanitarian claims about Venezuela are bullshit, too - or we wouldn't murder those refugees.
