Go find a country you do not hate. Maybe you need to start looking around and realize America is not so bad, then you will slowly move away from that douche phase and stop hating America, heck you may even start loving America and praising it.
I don't hate America. I think it has a lot of room for improvement though. A lotta complex social problems. But still one of (if not the most) developed countries on earth. Number one economy and most powerful military and all that. By quite a long shot.
Not sure the American way of life is so environmentally sustainable longterm though, tbf.
