Yes. I mashed the German potato salad with a fork. Then, with kitchen shears, cut the cooked cabbage into small pieces. I mixed in some Himalayan salt, bread crumbs, and an egg substitute (chickpea flour & ground flax seed mixed with water). If I'd had Swiss cheese I'd have added it. Then I cooked them in my air fryer. Surprisingly delicious with a nice texture. So easy. All in one bowl. Just used mayo and brown mustard on the sandwich with lettuce.
