He's definitely on his own with this one. But I read what he said about why he has previously, and this time also voted against this.

I think reasonable people may or may not agree with his reasons.

But at least we're not pretentious hypocrites who pretend like this is a Trump-only issue, when Biden's DOJ had the same files for four years, and NONE of the dems calling for the release now even mentioned it before.

I dare any leftward leaning individual to find one instance of Chuck Schumer demanding (or even politely asking for) the release of the Epstein files while Biden was in charge of those files. I tried and failed. Maybe a libtard could do better at it.

Why aren’t Democrats talking about the fact that Del. Stacey Plaskett (D-U.S. Virgin Islands) solicited (and was given) $30,000 from Epstein for the DCCC after he was already a convicted sex offender? Or the fact that Plaskett herself accepted maxed out donations from Epstein for her own campaign? Or the fact that the wife of the former Democrat governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands told Epstein “we would have a friend in Stacey” if he made said donations? Or the fact that Plaskett was literally texting Epstein during a committee hearing?

Hakim Jefferies solicited money from him personally in 2013!

Because they don't care about collaborating with a convicted child rapist and child sex trafficker, IF they think he can help them take down their arch nemesis.

This is one of the most obvious, and quite sad, symptoms of chronic TDS.
