Agreed. It was not what God wanted and Satan does use death and the fear of it to silence the believers from sharing the good news. Satan thought he was defeating God's promise by silencing Jesus on the cross. To a lesser extent, he thought he was silencing Charlie Kirk and stopping his influence upon the culture, another miscalculation. He can't defeat God, but he can hurt God's creation, but because of the eternal separation from God our current bodies cannot last forever anyway. I'd prefer to not suffer the loss of family and friends or the innocent at any stage of development. I look at this life, for the believer, as time spent in heaven's womb. Our soul grows, fed by God and His word and when God says, "It's time" we slide into eternity in a body designed to live in the everlasting relationship we were always designed to have.
