One ex member explained that the ANTIFA organization does soft recruitment at first along the lines of, "Learn to toss Molotov Cocktails and bricks at the fuzz for fun and profit . . . since we OWN the leftist judges." It's only after they sink their claws into you that mandatory meetings occur in which hard core indoctrination -- almost identical to Marxist indoctrination -- occurs.
