I agree. I guess that’s why the Soviet Union used to frequently hand out bottles of vodka to its citizens. To keep as many of them as numb as possible to their evil ways.
Actually that is exactly true according to one history of the USSR that I read decades ago. That WAS why alcoholism became the Soviet Union's number one medical problem during it's evil empire regime years.
